Due to significant growth over the past few years and in an effort to improve service to our customers Woodland Oaks Utility is excited to announce that Regional Water Corporation will begin handling our billing and collections service effective September 21, 2016. Regional Water is familiar with our water system and has provided excellent operational service to us over the past eight years, ensuring that our plant and facilities operate at peak performance. We are confident that this move will provide immediate improvement of our billing service to existing and new customers alike as we grow.

Will Regional Water have my account history?
Yes, Regional Water uses the same billing software company that Woodland Oaks currently uses and account information will be transferred into their database
Can I use the same electronic payment methods?
Yes, because Regional Water also uses the same billing software company as Woodland Oaks, electronic payment methods will remain in place.
Will Regional Water contact me if my water account is delinquent?
No, customers who are delinquent will no longer receive a courtesy call reminder to pay their water bill.
Can I drop off my payment at Woodland Oaks office?
No, after September 21, 2016, payments will not be accepted at the Woodland Oaks Conroe office.
